This privacy policy (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Policy’) describes the procedures for managing the website movyonelectronics.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘website’) in regards to the processing of personal data of the users consulting it and interacting with it. The Policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code, so-called Privacy Code) also for individuals interacting with the web services of Movyon Electronics S.r.l. made accessible electronically starting from the address movyonelectronics.com.

This Policy shall exclusively apply to movyonelectronics.com website and not to any other websites that the user may consult via the link.

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site shall be performed at the above-mentioned premises of Movyon Electronics and be carried out exclusively by Movyon Electronics technical staff in charge of processing.

The website is hosted on servers owned by SEEWEB S.r.l., located in the datacentres of Frosinone (C.so Lazio, 9/a) and Milan (Via Caldera, 21).

Through the contact form in the ‘Job & Career’ section, they can also request Movyon Electronics to evaluate their application or collaboration proposal, by sending a Curriculum Vitae and a cover letter, as well as, optionally, a reference letter; such data will be retained for no more than one year, after which they will be deleted and processed exclusively by staff appointed by Movyon Electronics or accredited by law, with whom Movyon Electronics may collaborate exclusively for the purposes herein stated.

Personal data provided voluntarily by the user are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling or responding to enquiries submitted and may only be disclosed to third parties if necessary for that purpose.

Pursuant to the same article, data subjects may request deletion, anonymization or restriction of data processed in breach of the law, as well as oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
